“We booked this Fairfield Inn because our house currently has no power and we thought it would at least be a fun, relaxing night for our kids since the hotel advertised a pool and free breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool was literally GREEN and completely unusable. Our kids were so excited to swim and were really disappointed. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 AM, but by 8:30 there was still nothing out. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, there wasn’t even anyone working the desk.……

The rooms aren’t clean I even wonder about the bedding. New manager new staff and a remodel is absolutely necessary. What a waste yet again!!!”
