“Customer Service was horrific.”

“Front desk staff was rude, spotted big cockroaches around the property, vending machine was out of order, additional surcharges for daily house keeping, rarely any complementary refreshments available. This property is falsely advertised we learned that it is not a hotel resort it’s private owned timeshare’s upon checking in for my accommodation booking for queen size studio suite room with ocean view balcony as we received our room the balcony did not have ocean view it was a city view instead……

I took off one star due to a concierge, Justine Belaveke, who was rude when I asked where the restroom was for myself—I'm seven months pregnant—and for my three-year-old toddler. She held up her finger dismissively, was disrespectful, and attempted to argue, which I did not engage in. I didn't let this one experience ruin our……

“Love the location being close to the airport and right on the bay. Provided scenic view of the bay.l and has a very nice pool. The staff was very helpful and was responsive to requests. Beds were comfortable as well. Not fancy but certainly adequate for a short stay.”

“Angie & Karen (managers) were both very helpful and had the "Pride of Ownership" attitude. The feel was welcoming and quaint. Also, the amenities were great and focused on the guests. I've stayed at many places both for work and personal travel and the staff was great. Highly recommend!!”

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not……

“This place has not been updated in years. -Nothing was open in the hotel. No restaurant, no bar, even the pay on your own snack bar had absolutely nothing, not even a water. No airport shuttles as advertised. -I would never recommend staying here. Not even if it was free. -The cost of the taxi to the airport is the same price as if you were on the other side of the island. -Ocean front room I rented has a major road in front of the ocean. Loud all night”

“Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”
