Loved the beach front. View was spectacular. On-site free parking. Convenient to para-sailing and other boating activities. Free use of snorkeling equipment. Clean beach with great reefs. Our unit had an off smell, burned out light bulbs, nice clothes drying rack, spacious upstairs bedroom. Nice kitchen. Pull out beds were uncomfortable, as the mattress’ were thin. King bed was comfortable. Overall a good experience.

They need to fix a lot of things. The A/C is not good. Also my room wasn’t ready at the time that was supposed. I don’t recommend it.

Sapphire Beach Resort is located on amazing beaches, and while the buildings are older, the vibe is excellent and the property is well maintained. There was abundant seaweed throughout St Thomas beaches during our stay, but the resort staff kept our beaches clean and open. I’d return for another stay.

This hotel is so rundown and outdated. There isn’t even a front lobby. No real entrance security. The room was nasty. No shampoo or conditioner, was given body gel for everything. No working blow dryer. Beach was dirty. The pool was not clean. Extremely disappointed with pictures compared to the reality of this resort. Someone needs to update the website and pictures of this property. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
