Not everything was operational in the apt. Lights/fans etc. but was an awesome place to stay.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt this one was important to share. We recently stayed here and unfortunately had an issue with unexpected construction taking place in the building during our stay. The noise significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the property during the daytime, and I was admittedly very disappointed with the situation. However, what happened afterward completely changed my opinion. I reached out to management after our stay and explained my frustration. I made it clear that I was not asking for a full refund—I simply felt the inconvenience should be acknowledged with some reasonable compensation. Their response went far beyond what I expected. They apologized, took responsibility for the situation, and processed a full refund for our stay. I believe you learn a lot more about a business by how they handle a problem than when everything goes perfectly. Problems happen. What matters is whether a company listens to its customers and makes things right. They absolutely did. I also want to specifically recognize Adam, who was extremely kind, professional, and apologetic throughout our stay. I appreciate the way management ultimately handled the situation.
