The ac was not working in the room. The maintenance man said it can’t be fixed and that’s how it’s used always!! Reception refused to help until I created a noise about it..to pacify me they sent a fan! Microwave tray wasn’t rotating ..food kept burning. No housekeeping staff in the evening…substitute attendant was very grumpy & gruntled…Not a pleasant hotel stay for sure..

This was by far one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly rude, I had asked via message if the $50 CAD was required if I prepaid, I was told no (I messaged the property and asked directly). The woman at the counter was particularly nasty with me and I had showed her the message, she stumbled and said well that’s not what we meant. Uh okay? The room does not have any utensils or dishes which we found weird because it’s a kitchen, you have to request it. We also had hot water problems and I had to take a cold shower twice. I asked if the water could be fixed, I was told “well there must be too many people using it”, it was 12:30am, I highly doubt this. It happened twice at different times and twice more with my guest. This was a terrible experience.

When I asked about an airport shuttle it was suggested to take the city bus for only $11 per person. It was easy and convenient and the stop is just across the street. Good suggestion!

Great choice for the formula 1 Grand Prix in Montreal - would totally recommend for the great transport links with 2 metro stations under 10 mins walking distance! Perfect for what I was after while visiting for the 2024 Canadian F1 Grand Prix!

Good value hotel close to old Montreal. Rooms are fairly large with a kitchen which is useful. My course was 3 days and they were kind enough to extend the parking for free on the last day.

i liked the location which was excellent, close to China town, vieux port etc. Lots of restaurants around and the breakfast was decent.The only downside i saw was that the hotel rooms are a bit outdated but we were told that they would be doing some renovation.

When we arrived after 8 hours traveling, the men in front desk give to us the worse terrible and descanting room. We asking for transfer and he said there are no more room for us, but previous one we were checking in the internet about the available rooms in this prosperity and we found there were two rooms with the same conditions we were booking before. It was a negligente and discriminatory acción we received. For long time we travel around the world and we never received this kind of treat. We will never recommended this Horrible Hotel and not professional people.

The property was in a good location and close to the metro and restaurants. The bathroom was very dated and shower was difficult to operate. Also, the air conditioning is only in the living room and not in the bedroom.
