Had a nice stay here, the property was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Area felt very safe. Would recommend.

The facilities were clean and cared for. However- the design choices of the rooms make it very uncomfortable for family members, as there is little privacy. The couch turns into a bed- and was rock hard, so the person who slept on it was hurting in the morning. In general, we love Marriott facilities, but this is not a room comfortable for more than a single person or a couple, or maybe with an infant or a child young enough to not matter that they can see into the bathroom. We did not realize how far away this was from the city center, because the site parameters seemed like it was close and instead it was measuring from the airport not the city, so that caused transportation issues due to weather and changing train schedules. We had extra costs to get a taxi because there was not train and bus availability each time needed.

Clean room. Good heating. Excellent location, right opposite Inverness castle and in the centre of town. I would stay again. Friendly staff.
