“What a gorgeous location! I woke up to the most lovely sunrise. The hotel staff was very welcoming, but I didn't find the hotel as modern and updated as I had expected. There's a lovely early 20th century vibe, but I wanted a 21st century lodging.”
“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.”
