“Wonderful communication”

“The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. The pool, while I understand we are in the desert and exposed, seemed dirtier than we would……

“房间一点都不隔音，一晚上非常的吵，整夜被吵醒了四五次，洗手盆特别矮，大概是给小孩子设计的高度，而且洗手池的水龙头非常的短，几乎是贴着洗手盆壁，用起来非常的别扭”

“This was by one of the nicest hotels we've EVER stayed in. Clean rooms, Dogs welcome ( our guy travels with us) Clean both outside the building and inside. And all the staff we came across smiled and said hello. Little things that make a big difference.”

“Very clean place. Good breakfast. Great size bath tub. Safe and ample parking. Close to the casino and food places. Frdige n microwave in room. Lobby had a coffee machine, but id prefer it in my room. No safe.”

“Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area……
