"This hotel is right across from U of I. That’s one reason why we love it. The breakfast is great and consistent. The rooms are fine and clean. The hotel in general is a little out dated. They should have decent shampoo and soaps for guest in all rooms. Parking is great and close to all doors. Great value for the most part. All staff is friendly."

"Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. The accommodations were fabulous! The location was great. We walked all over downtown Moscow and enjoyed the restaurants, shopping and Farmers market on Saturday. Perfect weekend getaway for us. We will definitely return and tell all our friends."

"We stayed here while moving our daughter in for her first year of college, and it made a hard weekend feel a bit more relaxed. The house was spotless, the view was beautiful, and campus was an easy 15–20 minute drive. The board games and air hockey table were a great way to unwind after days of exploring the Moscow area and more, and Jeff was a fantastic host—quick to respond and genuinely willing to help with anything. Highly recommend."

"One of the best rentals I’ve been in! Effective communication about the property and quick responses to any questions. It was a perfect place for my family and had complimentary water and snacks which was totally unexpected and appreciated. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, and the property includes anything we may have needed (toiletries, extra towels, linens, etc.)."

"Impeccably clean and well appointed! Both the bedroom and sofa beds were very comfortable, plus the soft sheets and quality pillows made for great sleep! We enjoyed several books and games. Plenty of amenities, including nice products in the shower and bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful. This place is a gem, we will stay here again."
