"While the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, the staff’s demeanor is generally unfriendly. It would be beneficial for them to adopt a more professional approach, characterized by gentleness and a welcoming attitude."
"Very nice hotel in a great neighbourhood, Hietzing near Schonnbrunn and lovely historic grounds. Although not in the centre of town, easy and convenient to reach via U bahn Line 4. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Room cleaning could be improved as night table counters were not wiped down. Overall would recommend it."
