It has an exit leading to the terrace. One bedroom has a French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan, while the other bedroom has two beds.

The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has an open-hearth fireplace.
