“Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to move my heavy luggage upstairs into my room. Also give me good recommendations for dinners. Consider close to city centre, just 10 min walking to the Place Gambetta. If very senstive yo noise, may hear……

“Really loved this hotel. So unique. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. You feel like you have your own flat in Bordeaux. It couldn't be more central and easily accessible to a lovely square, cathedral, and shops. Everyone on the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had everything we needed and they were very understanding when we arrived later than expected. The breakfast was delicious and so thoughtfully done, I recommend paying a little extra for it. “位置很好，交通也方便，但是我們入住的當天 洗手台的水槽沒辦法漏水，因此隔天晚上跟前台的小姊姊說，她讓我們換一間房間，但是由於客滿的關係，我們只能住一天，隔天必須換回原本的房間，並送我們一天的早餐。結果隔天早上要去吃早餐，小姊姊並沒有跟其他前台人員交接，所以其他人都不知道我們的情況，說要吃早餐需要付錢，然後洗手台也是我們說了，他們才修的，讓我們等30分鐘之後再換房間。那如果我不說 是不是就不會及時處理問題，要浪費我更多的時間在等。總之，我覺得沒有說到做到這點不是很好，下大雨還只能先去附近找吃的然後再搬行李⋯⋯”
