“The host and staff were really helpful, the listing wasn't accurate, hotel name in the App was different from what it was in reality, it was mentioned in the App that there would be a buffet breakfast however hotel doesn't have breakfast, but the staff somehow manged a reasonable breakfast in the room, the queen mattress was two single mattress pushed together and they were sliding away during sleeping creating a valley in the bed, we found dirty spots on the mattress, there were a couple of……

“I had a wonderful stay at Orbi City Hotel in Batumi. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with an amazing sea view. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batumi and would love to come back again!”
