“Dear fellow travellers, I would like to recommend Casa Montenegro in Kotor. It has the best stunning view. My room on 3rd floor can view the seaside on the left and when I open the door it’s the mountain view. Best room. “The apartment was amazing, I would recommend to anyone looking at going to Montenegro. It was 10 minutes from kotor & Tivat, and 30 minutes from Budva. The location was perfect and the view from the room (sea view) was the best view ever! Missed out on a 5/5 as we stayed 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once which I thought for circa £220 per night was a little disappointing. Plus watch out for the taxi’s - even the ones the hotel order for you are out to get you regarding charges.. ordered two taxi’s from reception for our friends and us to travel about half an hour up the bay… they were charged €40 - we got charged €70. "The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time for an overall overhaul of the hotel."
