“I would recommend all the travellers to consider experience La Paz with this hotel. Their hospitality is one of the best hotels I have stayed all over the world. Rooms are clean, staff are nice and friendly, whenever you need them, they are there for you. (That’s no joke!) They are humble and make the best effort to make sure our stay comfy. You can feel their service for you is doing with their warmth heart which I appreciated it a lot. For me, the only problem, as we do open the door for……

“The hotel was fantastic. The room was excellent and the views from the restaurant over the entire city were amazing. I cannot praise the staff enough, they couldn’t be more helpful. There is a lot of political unrest in La Paz at the moment with many governments advising against travel, we decided to go anyway, staying for just 2 nights and do not regret the decision. The hotel was excellent, they arranged a pick up from the airport and a taxi for the return and were in contact throughout via……

“員工服務很好喔，只是廁所是使用機場的廁所，浴室的玻璃是透明的，在人來人往的機場，剛洗完澡穿著睡衣的我，外面的人可以看到裡面，不免難為情。”

“Hotel is beautifully set few steps to dining,shopping,church,main avenue. Staff to include Ayerton,Carmen and Andrea are very helpful and excellent with their job. The staff at restaurant are excellent and serves good breakast daily. The housekeeping staff keeps the room clean. Our room was upgraded with a terrace and beds are very comfortable. Rooftop area to view the city day or night is a bonus.Thank you Madero Hotel and Suites!!”

“我們是航班更改了，臨時訂的，只留了幾個小時，但我覺得房間清潔美觀，很不錯，但外面的車聲很嘈吵， 尤其在洗手間很清楚聽到外面車聲，但也不是很重要。 酒店裏有咖啡室請方便的 員工很好，還幫我安排翼日早上六點的計程車， 也為我們準備好外帶早餐，可惜房間的標示不是很清晰，洗手間有一瓶免費的水，然後標示寫着，如果要更多水可到Mini bar 取, 退房時卻收了$5 美元，但還是可以接受的。 ”
