Dolphin Watch @ Duneside ****Special 2 Night Minimum September 1st thru May,21 2026 @ $199 per night, Pick your days (2 consecutive) 3:30pm Check in & 10am Check out applies*. There after "OUR" Normal in Season rates apply with 3 night Minimum with check in at 3:30 PM with check out by 10 AM. Condo 203 has a Master with full Bath and Ocean view, there are 2 Additional Bedrooms with a shared full Bath and a half bath in one of the Bedrooms. The Balcony is great for Dolphin watching. Walk down two flights and BEACH access is right there! The ocean waves and sand await. Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with incredible cottage- like vibe. Guests can watch TV, or relax in the in the Carolina room with a new fireplace or living room area. All bedrooms have TV's .Cook or serve drinks from the galley kitchen to guests at the counter or table (seats 6). We supply bed sheets , bath towels and BEACH towels. updated appliances including a washer and dryer for your own laundry needs. NO ELEVATOR or POOL. ( Get exercise and swim in the Atlantic Ocean.). We are located right next to Public Beach Access 10. So many activities in addition to the BEACH - see our in-condo welcome guide for further info.

Host was great to work with throughout the process. Communicates very efficiently. Checked in on us at times during the stay to make sure we were ok and accommodated a last minute request. Location is perfect! Walk right out to the beach. Property includes several items to use on the beach: chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Close to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Teacher EOY Vacay

The unit was clean, comfty and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on tall chairs looking out on the ocean which is only a few yards away. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy year teaching!

A wonderful week

We love the location and the condo is decorated very nicely. The onsite linens, towels, and beach chairs are a nice bonus. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Nice beach property

I had a bit of confusion on the address but the host, Constance, was very quick to respond and help us find the property.Quiet building in January (I am sure it is lively in high tourist season). Clean and easy to access.

Fun vacation in Garden City

This was our third year staying at Dolphin Watch! Everything was wonderful. We had the best time and had everything we needed to be comfortable! The owners are the best whenever we have had to contact them.

Little cottage

We had a wonderful vacation here. The short walk to the beach was very nice. The cottage style condo was very very nice. It was very clean and communication with the owners was on spot. We hope to be able to rent this place again.

Perfect Fall getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. Exactly as advertised. Right on the beach with easy access. It was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all the necessities for the nights we stayed in and cooked our meals. The check process was simple and fast. Perfect location. Would definitely book this property again.

Amazing place

Loved everything about our stay at Dolphin Watch. Very clean and decorated perfectly. Loved that there were plenty of towels and that there were beach towels for us to use. Very nice that there was beach equipment there for us to use as well. It was perfect for our family. Recommend it to everyone and hope we have the opportunity to book it again!

Very close to the beach! Great views from the porch.

Very nice condo. Enjoyed the extra sitting room. Also, the large balcony was so nice and relaxing. It had everything you would need. We had no issues with parking since it was off season but not sure how it would work during peak season.

Last minute getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect, literally on the beach. I way overpacked because the condo had everything and more. DO NOT park in the public parking from 2a-6a, you WILL get a ticket. There is a sign, but its not noticeable. We will be back!

Girls weekend

We really enjoyed our time at Dolphins Watch. Such a cute place. Had all the things we needed for a girls weekend. Spent a lot of time on the porch. Very close to all the things we wanted to do. Our one suggestion is that it was a little musty. Particularly the cabinets in the kitchen. Could use a dehumidifier or some damp rid. Other than that, a perfect spot.

Family Vaycay

We loved our 1 week stay at Dolphin’s Watch! Highlights include the front entryway to drop off your beach things & shoes, the included beach towels and accessories and the balcony view. I particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen so we could have home cooked family meals together. Even though there were ample chairs available we chose to take advantage of the beach service for chairs and umbrellas since we had a baby in tow. Speaking of baby, the second bedroom had the perfect spot for his pack n play, toys and included a book shelf. We will definitely return to Dolphin Watch in the future!

Perfect Stay

We loved this stay. We’ve stayed at many different units for short getaways along the southern coast, and every single place we’ve stayed (at even twice the price point) do not come stalked with ANYTHING. No cooking utensils, basic spices, soap, detergent… this host has it all to make basic meals for your family, basic spices and comes with coffee pods! I liked having full size soap bars, also. It’s the little things! The mattresses are very comfortable, the home is very clean, and it is much closer to the beach than we thought. You literally walk 25 feet and you’re on the gorgeous beach. We will absolutely be back and staying here!

Clean and as described

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Watch. It was clean and just as described. The beach is so close! We used the stored beach chairs one day while we were there. I’m glad we didn’t have to pack ours! We had one issue with the code not working, but I sent Connie a message and she got back to me very quickly with a new working code. She also answered all my questions in a timely manner. If we stay in this area again, we would definitely consider staying here!
