  • This first floor unit is pet friendly. Pet fee of $100.00 ( We allow 2 dogs) The view from my dream home is incredibly beautiful.(We live upstairs in a separate unit.) With the sound of the ocean echoing over the Inlet in the still of the evening makes my humble abode a dream place to visit. With so many choices of things to do year round! Our place resides on the Waccamaw Neck bike way, which is over18 miles of paved multiple purpose trail used for walking, cycling and hiking. We are walking distances to restaurants, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating , fishing swimming etc.

Absolutely wonderful host, clean oasis, parking on site with laundry. Shug is an amazing host with all linens, towels outside makes you feel so relaxed and inviting. Her and her husband are friendly and it is so peaceful and quiet. The bed is so comfy. This is a hidden gem that I am so glad I found. Definitely our go to spot for few nights before our condo rental. We've you Shug

Our stay at Shugs Shack Beach and Inlet Vacation getaway was absolutely amazing! The property was beautiful, relaxing, and had such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like the perfect home away from home. The outdoor areas were especially incredible — such a peaceful place to sit back, unwind, and enjoy the South Carolina coastal vibe. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything around Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with charm, comfort, and a great atmosphere, this place is a gem. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Shug and Mac were very friendly, generous and quick to respond when we needed something. There are two very nice patio areas for guests to relax on. We also really appreciated the Huntington Beach State Park pass, using it a number of times. Parking was easy and safe.
