We were able to fish, crab, beach, swim, eat and shop all within walking distance. We made friends with other renters/tenants and we enjoyed the band from the bar next door. Everything we needed was close. The VRBO listing states there are 2 bedrooms and each has a queen and a fold out. There is definitely only 1 bedroom and a queen sized fold out couch and a very small cot probably only ok for a toddler. 4 people was a squeeze here but everything else was so perfect we didn't even mind - it was like a family sleep over. :-) ##### Amanda E. Dust everywhere. There are small signs all over the condo reminding that there is a cleaning fee if you make a mess, leave some food, forget to leave the pass, smoke, etc. We did everything by the book and we got a cleaning fee assigned to us because there was sand in the condo. It's a beach condo! Not relaxing, icky and they have a side scam of issuing a "cleaning fee" for any small item. I have pics, we left the place in great shape. The bed squeaked a lot so if you’re a light sleeper it will wake u up every time you move or roll over. All in all it wasn’t a horrible stay ##### Bradley R.
