Nuestra unidad del primer piso tiene un porche cubierto que camina directamente hacia la piscina enterrada y la parrilla de gas. Está a unos 10 km de la playa y cerca de increíbles tiendas, puntos de venta y atracciones. También hay una piscina cubierta climatizada y sala de ejercicios. La unidad está muy bien decorada, limpia y cómoda. Hay 3 televisores, cable e internet inalámbrico. Hay una cama king, dos gemelos XL y un sofá cama queen size. El condominio es de aproximadamente 1000 pies cuadrados. We stayed Thursday-Monday for my sons baseball tournament. We wanted somewhere quiet and a place we could cook meals to save money and we had everything we could possibly need! We had plenty of towels, wash cloths, dishes, cooking supplies etc! We had had the basics needed for our stay! Dishwashing stuff, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper!! The property was all that we expected based on the information provided. Communication from the owner was prompt and helpful. The unit was perfect for our family and located in a beautiful area! We appreciated having the pass to go to Myrtle Beach State Park to enjoy the beach without the hassle of parking in the busy part of town. Our past several times to MB, we have been able to obtain a condo in the Riverwalk area with different owners. As our grandson was playing baseball in the Market Common area, contacting Colleen regarding this property was easy and informative from her end. We used it solely as a place to sleep as the two of us always eat out at our favorite places. The pool was just steps from the back patio. Overall, we just loved the place. and if we should head south again, would attempt to get this rental again. ##### Robert V. The place smelled great and was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need! There is also a big blowup bed and plenty of sheets and blankets. We used the pool and workout room. We also used the park/beach pass to visit Huntington State Park. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is close to the beach and downtown but still quiet. The owner was always available, helpful and kind. I absolutely loved this vacation and hope to stay here again. ##### Cheryl P.
