There us a huge problem in the rooms cleanliness, the floor was very dirty, I walked pair foot fir a minute and my feet became black
The toilet mirror wasn't fixed properly to use, when I tried to fix it by my hand trying to complete my makeup with one hand as I have to, a nasal mucus sticked in my hand, imagine how disgusting this was.
Moreover, we asked for ice bucket which is free at any hotel I visited in different countries, they charged us for it.
The food at the restaurant was in a very low quality with a poor collection and the juices taste was terrible, we tried the Fanta and it tasted like water.
The beach was dirty and the water was fill of grass.
Although it took us around 3 hours to check in due to the traffic of guests in the reception with the slowness of the staff, when we asked fir a late checkout as a compensation, they gave us 20 minutes only and kept calling and sending staff to request us to leave or they will charge us, ignoring that we checked in at 5:30pm due to their unorganized process.
An experience that I will never repeat
