“Manolis was a very responsive host and we loved the neighborhood. Steps as described (a lot of them!) were accurate, but we didn’t mind. What we didn’t notice or understand was the lack of any gathering space - no living room. The deck upstairs did have a beautiful view but it wasn’t very practical- the only access to it was a window sized opening - you pretty much had to crawl out. Just be advised. “The apartment is very spacious for our family (two adults, two children). Nice bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable airco, and beautiful view on the sea from multiple terraces. The swimming pool is perfect to cool off and have fun with the kids. There are plenty nice beaches around, even within 5 minutes walking distance. Kosta as place is not very interesting, but it is only a 10 minutes drive to Porto Cheli with AB supermarket, bakeries and nice restaurants. John is a very kind host,……

“We had a very nice stay in this house for 10 days with our familie of 5 in the summer of 2017. The house is simple, but clean, has air-condition, which was very welcome. The two bedrooms are specious enough, with closets, the beds where a bit hard. We stayed in this location with our family of five persons. We thought the accommodation is more suitable for 4 persons, the fifth bed is a couch. They brought a stretcherbed when we asked but this was not very comfortable. The house is situated in……

“The apartment was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, with a bakery and supermarket very close and lots of restaurants in the Old Town. The apartment was nicely decorated, as if we were staying at someone’s house rather thanna sterile apartment. I would recommend this place.”
