The all inclusive package was amazing and included all of our meals and drinks and alcohol. The staff helped us book transportation to all of the places we traveled throughout Greece, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody in the future. The property itself is located on top of the hill allowing for breathtaking views of the whole city and water, it is also located near a beach which was fantastic, as well as near a historic landmark of Palamidi Venetian Fortification which is a must to visit!! "Beautiful small hotel in historic heraklion old town. Had hard time figuring out to get there as the navigator led me to one way street opposite way, and they walked to where I was. I had 4 family members and had quad room it was wonderful 2 room suite with access to the tiny courtyard and my kids loved the separation. Aircondition had some trouble, I had to reset the power to the aircon in circuit box, so it would need to be fixed. Was wonderful stay and I would go back to stay there if I return to Heraklion. "
