“We spent 8 days at the villa with 19 family members from 7 yrs old to 90. From the very beginning the fantastic communication with Alex the host made it very easy to book and have all our questions answered. The villa offers so many delightful places to hang out as a group or in more intimate groups. Comfortable living room, dining room. a great kitchen to work in (we are a family of cooks) and an awesome outdoor cooking area made our family time perfect. The views are unmatched. It’s location……

“Sixteen of us spent one week at this wonderful Villa (ages 4-70 ). Alex and Eleni were so very helpful and responsive throughout our planning process and then again during our stay. We requested 3 dinners made by Chef Dimitri during our stay and clean up by Georgia! They arranged our transportation from the airport to the Villa and back to Athens, ( a 2.5 hour trip ) and when two of our family members were delayed because the airline lost their luggage, Eleni and Alex helped with the delayed……

“We rented the full house (which is divided in two separate floors, each with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms) for the month of September. Checkin was smooth, with the owners present in person. Even at full occupancy (12 adults) the house was cosy and comfortable. During the first week of our stay, Greece was hit by unusually bad weather, with non-stop thunderstorms and heavy rain for more than 24 hours. It was rather epic. The house did not quite stand up to this assault, with 2 of the 3……

“We like it very ´much to spend some days here. The terrasse with the view is just great and it is really a quite area. The pool is small, but okay for a short jump in and you can reach the beach by a short walk of less then 1 km down the hill. The city is small but nice and you have everything there, what you need. And the host Stewart is very friendly and helpful. You have a lot of restaurants not far away or in the city, but the best one is the stone house which can reached by a short walk of……

“We facilitated a week long yoga retreat for 17 people here. Alexandros and his staff were all so accommodating and attentive. They organized airport transfers, excursions, a private chef, and made everyone feel so welcomed, cared for and comfortable. The venue was ideal: lots of community spaces for people to connect, daily yoga classes either by the pool, on the upstairs patio or in the living room. The views were spectacular with gorgeous sunsets every night as we ate dinner on the upstairs……

“Der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, im Schatten oder in der Sonne, ganz wie man mag, der grandiose Pool (Pooltiefe von 1,50m - 2,90m) und sogar eine Außentheke mit Kühlschrank machen das Ausspannen leicht. Kleiner Makel: die Küche nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet und fußläufig sind keine Geschäfte oder Lokale erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es für ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub.”

“We stayed for a fortnight in August 2022. The house was lovely - very stylish and airy, with plenty of room for our family of four (more could be fitted easily). It was very well equipped with some thoughtful touches (eg different scented shower gels in each bathroom). The pool and garden were beautiful, day and night. The region is full of fascinating and beautiful places - we were able to get quite easily to Athens, Corinth, Epidaurus, Nafpoli and Mycenae but still felt that we had only……

“Lovely helpful people. Easy parking just outside of main area of Nafplio. Very modern, high tech, small boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast and lots of personal attention.”
