Naoshima is an enchanting island. We were delighted that we stayed right on the beach in Sana Mane glamp and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. It is a pleasure to walk around Benesse House and Chischu art museum territory.

It was a steep hill to climb with luggage. Taxi's were not available even though the website said you can take a taxi. The Hotel has many levels and no elevator. Given that we were fit we managed to drag our suitcases up the hill. Not very accessible for people with disabilities. We enjoyed our stay ...

Very cool glamping sight with a small private beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, each step of the way. Highly recommended to those visiting Naoshima and looking for a cool place to stay aside from just typical Japanese ryokans

Grand Base Takamatsu is an apartment rental more than a hotel. Although it was not what we expected it was perfect for our stay in Takamatsu.
