The hotel was a little hard to find because GPS leads you toward a nearby hotel with a similar name, but Sandro was great and came out to find us. There is no elevator and about four flights of steep stairs, which could be difficult for anyone disabled or with heavy luggage. The room was very clean and air conditioning got the room cold fast. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shops, and Sandro also helped arrange our taxi to the airport. We really appreciated his hospitality!

This "Inn" is actually an apartment building. The inn is on the third floor. Only stairs for some that might be a problem. The first gentleman had limited "English". The younger guy was more helpful and got us a taxi early morning when we departed. It's not an airbnb in the sense it has no kitchen but being an inn toiletries where limited "only small bottles and bars of soap" no conditioner. Also no water in room. Stayed at Airbnb's and hotels in Italy and always a complementary bottle of water. The location was great! Steps from everything.

We loved our stay at the Santa Chiara Inn. We had a great Napoli experience (on our first visit to Italy & Naples) staying in this neighborhood - which is highly walkable and near lots of interesting and lively things. The property itself was a nice calm respite from all the street action. As the hotel advises, there are a good deal of stairs, so it's not advised for those who need assistance with access. We also really enjoyed breakfast coffee and croissant provided at the nearby cafe! The hotel staff was very accommodating and communicative and also provided some good recommendations.

Positives - Lovely clean room, great air con, comfy bed, good location, breakfast is at a cafe just round the corner and it’s a choice of a drink and various patisserie products - again these were lovely. Things to think about - the inn is on the second floor of the building with 6 flights of stairs to climb, with a suitcase is not the easiest, or if you are less mobile. There isn’t a lift. The inn is only staffed for 12 hours during the day, you do have numbers to contact the staff should you need them. Overall a good little find with lots of cafes nearby.
