DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the absolute worst experience. Because I was desperate for a room and other options were booked I still stayed 2 of my 3 booked nights, but they cancelled my whole reservation and charged me for the night I was desperately trying to warn them about. The front desk was useless and the manager flat out refused to honor the Expedia rate or credit the night back — despite ignoring every single attempt I made to contact them. The room was disgusting. Obviously not vacuumed. Humid and damp. Ripped shower curtain. Toenail clippings on the floor by the fridge. The “indoor pool” was a murky green swamp. And to top it off, housekeeping started pounding on my door at 9:30am — every 10 minutes — when checkout wasn’t until 11. Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and a waste of money. Stay anywhere else.

Beds were awful. Our family had two rooms. One was in bad repair and it smelled bad. The room I was in -315 had a smoke alarm or something start chirping at 4 am. I called the desk at 5am. They said they would figure out how to fix it right away. Never heard back. At 6 am went to talk to desk. A woman said there was no maintenance there to check it. We left ASAP
