“Was happy to see some creature comforts here as it was newly renovated in the last year, I was treated like a princess here… Shiva was my host manager & was always present for help with hot water which takes some patience but it worked really well for a long time; Shiva also helped with driving me downtown to help rent a scooter, to a meditation course up in Bakunde & the airport! Him & his staff were generous with carrying my luggage’s, helping me change a room due to dead flies (so highly……

“Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot.”
