"Lovely very clean and welcoming cottage. Responsive owner to our expressed needsand concerns (a broken spoon and tv remote function). Stayed august 1 to 4th. Loved the sun twinkling on the full tidal waters through the trees."

"Cottage is rustic and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed, and then some. The location is great; close to the lighthouse and restaurants. The property is very quiet and relaxing. We loved the screened in porch and the view. Periwinkle cottage is a great place to go to “get away from it all”. We only wish we could have stayed longer."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage on First! The cottage was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The owner included lots of extras including buckets and shovels and board games. The cottage was a short walk to the beach, though the nicer beach is down the street at the public access (about a 10 minute walk). We had a great time, only wish we could have stayed longer!"
