We had a fantastic stay! Beds were comfy, all areas clean, and the animals were just a big bonus! The host were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again next time we are hiking in Zion! Thanks for having us!
Our family really enjoyed the game room, the living room (perfect gathering space for family), and the animals. Thank you for such a unique and memorable stay 3
We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays! We enjoyed the peaceful farm atmosphere and appreciated the convenient location near the park. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
Loved the communication with our host - loved the location which was super convenient for the things we wanted to see. Loved the "home" feel of our lodgings.
Loved our stay in this quiet little valley near Zion. Even better than the pictures. Great kitchen and living area and even though the game room is under construction, and the kids still loved it! Also, they loved feeding carrots to the goats and the horses! The biggest downside was the distance to Zion, but if you don’t mind the drive, it was a fantastic place to stay.
My son and I loved staying at this property. We love animals so interacting with all the animals was our favorite activity. We enjoyed the large, indoor space to relax and cook in after our adventures. Rhonda and her hubby were very kind and personable. No complaints!
Look no further…this was the best stay ever. Property was perfect for my party of three, we all got our own rooms. Rhonda was so nice and accommodating. It made our Zion experience that much better—WAY cooler than staying in a hotel! I will be back!
The place was perfect for our stay. It was less than a mile from where our friends were getting married and we couldnt have asked for a better accommodation. Rhonda is lovely and her sons were adorable. We can't wait to go back and spend more time hiking the area as we did not have time this go-around.
This spot is so big, cozy, and adorable! It has such a comfy bed, nice shower, and large living space! The animals are all super friendly and were really fun to be around. The host was so friendly and accommodating, greeting us when we arrived and showing us around the place. I would have been perfectly comfortable with asking her for help/additional supplies if we had needed it. Highly recommend, and would stay here again! It was also so nice to be right by the Kolob Canyons entrance; this was a beautiful scenic drive!
Bart and Rhonda have been the best hosts! Loved seeing the farm animals and feeding the horses. The lovely appartment, is stocked with everything you need. They definitely make you feel lile family.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and the host. The rental was spacious, clean, cute, and very comfortable. Rhonda and her husband are two of the nicest people we have ever met. The rental is literally across the street from the national park so it is very easy to go for a hike and come right back without having to drive a long way. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to visit the area and we hope to visit it again one day!
Cannot say enough about what a special experience it was to stay at Rhonda and her family's farm. Our kids will never forget it the animals, in particular the baby goats Salt, Pepper, and Cinnamon. I will never forget how gracious and caring Rhonda was to my family and just wanting my kids to have meaningful experience after meaningful experience. Thank you and we very much hope to be back some day!
Rhonda is an amazing hostess! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She allowed my horse-loving sister to ride one and provided fresh eggs for us. The home was very clean and was very well-stocked. If we ever come back this way, we would definitely stay with her again!
Very clean, very cozy, loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious. Rhonda the owner is wonderful and I would love to stay there again. Thank you Rhonda again for everything. Your place is beautiful and your wonderful person. Love the animals, t.ell cinnamon I said hello. ☺️
Rhonda was the most gracious and fun host that I've ever met. My women's hiking group of 8 stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the farm and the animals. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was so comfortable. She even gave us fresh eggs.

make sure you have enough bed to sleep on!
our host was very nice. we enjoyed the eggs for breakfast. our stay though wasn't very comfortable since the description of the house was that it has 6 beds and it only had 3. there were 4 of us so one didn't have a bed.
Our stay was incredible! Rhonda and her husband are so hospitable. They welcomed us with fresh eggs, and Rhonda made our stay extra memorable with a visit with the farm animals. Not only did we get to cuddle with the horses, chicks, and baby goats but we also got to bottle feed one. The place is beautifully decorated and spacious. Rhonda also gave us tips on unique gorgeous local hikes. We loved our stay and wish we had more time to spend here.
Rhonda and the farm were amazing! We pulled in after dinner on night one and had car issues. Rhonda offered to take someone to town for food and then provided milk, pancakes mix,and syrup to make sure we had breakfast in the morning. Rhonda also provided information on hikes local to her location and places at Bryce and Zion. Rhonda farm was one of the best decisions that we could have made for our trip. Definitely recommend a stay at the farm to relax and take in all of the beauty! We will be coming back!
Friendly and comfortable, like staying with family
We truly enjoyed our stay here at the farm with Rhonda! She treated us like family from arrival through to departure. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen equipped with what we needed, the living space was good and the bathrooms clean. Our 5 year old LOVED being allowed to help feed and handle the animals, it was the highlight of his stay. One thing to note, the laundry facilities are upstairs in the main house not in the downstairs unit but Rhonda was happy to make arrangements to use them. Would love to be able to come back to this area and explore the canyons (Kolob is only minutes away) more and spend time with the goats, chickens and horses!!
We were so blessed to find this property for 5 adults and our 3 grandbabies. Rhonda was an amazing host!! she made us feel very welcome and made our stay very special with taking beautiful pictures of our little ones enjoying the farm animals and feeding them too. We enjoyed our spacious home, barbecued on the grill and did smores around the fire pit. We found out near the end of our stay we were just steps away from Kolob Canyons. It was such a beautiful location with little farm friends that we all loved and miss. Thanks for having us Rhonda! You were amazing ! ❤️❤️
Rhonda was a wonderful host! She took the time to share her farm animals with our five year old son and he was thrilled! He got to hold a hen and a newborn baby goat as well! He collected eggs from the hen house and fed apples to the horses! So awesome! He loved every minute and we did too! The house was so clean and so incredibly comfortable and spacious. Rhonda even gave us fresh eggs and home made muffins. There was also coffee, fruit, oatmeal, Mac n cheese and more.
Rhonda also gave us tips on absolutely incredible hikes that were easy for our son and let us enjoy the gorgeous scenery at Zion.
A truly memorable family trip. Our son said it was the best trip we’ve ever been on!
Thank you Rhonda!
Great Ranch experience- but if you are traveling with your dog you may want to think twice
The property was definelty as expected. What a wonderful way to see horses and chickens. The property is underneath the owner who works from home. We had a dog did not realize when we went out to Zion, that she was barking at the free range chickens. We got a texted from the host informing us that we would have to take our dog out during the day because the owner works from home and could not work with the barking. I get it. But we did have to change our trip around to accommodate the owners wishes. We end up having to leave one family member behind each day to watch our dog. Most of the trails around the area do not allow dogs including most of Zion park. So, if you are traveling with a pet, please consider how your dog may respond to free rooming chickens. If you think they may tend to bark and you were not planning on taking them with you for the whole day, you ,may want to recosider staying here. It would have been a perfect place if we had no dog. It was in a perfect location, clean and definelty a range feel. I would have reconsidered if I would have known the expectation was that the dog would have to be with us during the day.
My mother and I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Zion. It was fun to see the horses, chickens and especially the cats who were super friendly! The space was clean and comfortable with lots of blankets to cuddle up with. Rhonda was very responsive and friendly. To enter the home, you have to manually open a garage door and enter the space through a door in the garage. The door that we entered through did not have a deadbolt or any other sort of lock from the inside. Also, when we were first exploring the house, we opened a door inside thinking it was a room and realized it was a staircase up to the owner’s home, which was not able to be locked and secured from our side. The listing was accurate in that it is a basement apartment below the main house. Even though our privacy was respected, I personally prefer a little more feelings of security when I stay somewhere. Other than that, we enjoyed our time. It is very close to Kolob Canyon. I would definitely recommend visiting there! One of our favorite hikes from our trip ended up being an unmarked trail we found at Kolob Canyon. MUCH less crowded than Zion. The home is also close to the highway with easy access to a fairly large town with lots of restaurant options. Although the hens weren’t laying eggs much because of the cold, Rhonda did manage to get 3 for us, which was very nice!
