The room was clean but it was very small. The bathroom was tiny and the sink was extremely small as well, but the shower worked perfectly fine. There is no staff there so you get an access code to get into the front door and you get an access code to get into your room so it's similar to an Airbnb. The game room was pretty nice although I did not use it but I did go and take a look so that was a very nice touch. It was definitely a clean place to stay and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a very convenient location for me so that worked out very well.

We enjoyed our six night stay there. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and great water pressure/temperature. The AC kept the room cool. There is VERY little staff. The kitchenette was missing a few essential items; glasses, a bowl, silverware. The lobby is terrible. The lobby has a stained carpet an ill fitted slip covered sofa. Transportation was good. The subway station is on the corner. The area is safe. We would go back again.

Getting instructions to get inside was annoying since there is no front desks everything is with codes to get in. Luckily there was a hotel staff member there and was able to help me get the info I needed to get into my room. Overall, place was clean and it’s in Bay Ridge. That’s a win.

Just ok lol

Much smaller than the pictures suggest. The walls are really thin so if everyone else is awake so are you. I also didn't love that there wasn't any kind of deadbolt on the door. Just the lock from the keypad door handle. Overall a decent place to stay though. It's clean and a pretty safe part of town.

The room was clean, but the pictures did not exactly match what I was given. Where the pictures make the room look spacious, the room is actually pretty small without too much walking space. The building is evidently older with a small slow operating 2 person elevator. Host is responsive and responds in a timely manner. Air conditioning works well. I had higher expectations based on the pictures, and was quite disappointed when I arrived to my room. Also, it was unfortunate that I was unable to modify my stay as there was a change of plans, although host did respond in a timely manner.

No heat in the winter. Strong smell of smoke in the room. The solution for the hotel staff was to provide a space heater, which causes the electricity on the whole floor to go out. The people staying here are also very questionable. Stay away.

Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel.
