“Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp. When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. Customer service was awful, and the place wasn’t even clean to begin with. For the price and what it……
