The staff was a small team, but they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It felt way more personal than a big hotel they remembered my name, helped with recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The rooms were simple but clean and had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with great hospitality, this is definitely the type of spot you want."

"The condition of the property was fine, but if you want to spend time in Hanoi, this is to far away. We could have gotten a room for the same price in Hanoi and saved a lot of money on taxis. The breakfast was ok. We were offered a free pick up from the airport and were told the driver would pick us up in 10 minutes, but it was about half an hour and he did not meet us where we were supposed to meet. When we need a taxi the clerk told us that he would call one for us and that we had to pay him for it. I have been to Vietnam several times and I have never been asked to do this. I later was told that the clerk or hotel gets a commission. I would recommend everyone download the GRAB app and get your own taxi. The hotel is right next to the highway and could hear the trucks all night long. While I was in the lobby i saw a sign on the glass window that said Free Bikes. I asked the clerk about it and he said the sigh was from the last owner 10 years ago. I would not stay hear again. There are better options "

"This is an acceptable but not note-worthy option for a hotel close to the Hanoi Airport. The room was comfortable and efficient -- and breakfast options were limited but well-executed. (A restaurant just steps away from the property was fantastic -- check it out for a delicious dinner.) But the overall attitude of the staff was one of indifference. No response (after several attempts at communication) regarding a shuttle from the airport. No refresh of towels or other room amenities (I stayed there 2 nights.) I can't compare to other hotels in the area, but there may be better options."

"All was going well on arrival. Showed flight details for the following day Free inc Airport transfer but following day guy on desk said I had to pay and said he’d ordered. He stated I had said I would sort out my own the previous day. I did not! Seems like a scam when I had already discussed the day before. I ordered my own Grab. Only booked this hotel as I free transfer to airport without any supposed hassle! Poor service."

"So here's the deal. The cost is reasonable, the location is good, but the property is clearly positioned as pay-by-hour establishment. The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. Some of my teammates had minor room issues (e.g. water leaking from around the ceiling mounted shower head), but overall not too upset with the accommodation. "
