"Jimmi was so very helpful and excellent in his care and customer service and did everything to make my stay wonderful- booking tours, taxis etc which were perfect and didn’t require payment until I checked out. "I stayed here for two nights and I loved it. The room was very clean, comfortable, and I slept really well, which I appreciated so much. The staff were super friendly and kind, and the balcony and rooftop were beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there. At the end of my stay they even gave me a hotel bag as a gift. It was such a sweet gesture, especially because I actually needed one haha Overall my experience was amazing. I felt great there and I would stay again for sure if I return to Hanoi.
