"Resort is nice but there are things that need to be fixed. AC in rooms is way too low. Our room was very warm regardless of how low we put the temperature. Not all the bathrooms are clean. I would suggest those bathrooms by the pools to have staff there 24/7 to keep fresh as they are used frequently ..."

"There is NO BEACH! You have to walk to an entrance down the beach walk. Even when you get there it’s only 20 feet to the water. Yes we had a Hurricane but the hotel didn’t communicate at all. Power was out much to long. They should have had generators in place."
