When the Internal maintenance team finally arrived, it was determined than it needed to be fixed/handled by the phone company directly. Was offered a new room instead but since we only had about 2 days or so ..."

"The grounds were beautiful and beach access was wonderful. The rooms seemed clean but our first one did have bugs. The northwestern beach is amazing but a bit far from road to Hana and Haleakala if you are looking to check out these major attractions."
