“O apartamento C02 é ótimo com decoração aconchegante e nova, ter ar condicionado em ambos os cômodos é excelente. Roupas de cama, travesseiro e colchão de boa qualidade. Senti falta de alguns utensílios básicos, tipo xícaras ou canecas para tomar café, pois há apenas copos de alumínio ou pequenas xícaras de melamina apenas para cafézinho. Também poderia ter uma faca de corte (tem apenas 4 facas pequenas) e um suporte para estender as roupas úmidas do banho de mar, já que estamos em uma estadia……

Tinha uma garrafa de Gatorade embaixo da cama, matei aranha pequena na cama, a mesinha do quarto está bamba e, infelizmente, por não bater sol, as roupas não secam. “I cant say enough good things about this place and the customer service that i received. The pictures show exactly how the place look. Its sparkling clean, really comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Now i wont look any further any time i have a trip to Rio. Another plus for this property is the doorman: they are also amazing and really helpful. “The apartment needs serious updates if not a complete renovation. The microwave plug doesn’t reach the outlet. The kitchen cookware is rusty and bent. We found a dead roach in a tea cup. Black mold in the shower. The drawers in the bedroom were broken. A light bulb was missing and another one was burnt out. They left one toilet paper roll for a two week stay. “The PROPERTY was as described, the LOCATION was convenient and the PROPERTY MANAGER was a joy to work with. Marcos went above and beyond out of his way to make sure that any worries I might have were taken care of. I needed an early check in and an extra day due to flight issues and he accommodated me. When my code to get in th e room expired, I called him and he reset it on the spot. I will definitely look for an availability here when I return.”
