“Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. ”

“We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. ”

“We were so pleasantly surprised with our little cabin. The manager was exceptionally helpful with her suggestions of going to the grocery store and purchasing meat to grill on the lovely grill at the property!! It was a GREAT STAY!!! ”

“Great little cabin, had a very relaxing time. Good information about its history which gives the stay more meaning. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall good experience. The place is in a quiet area. There is a wedding venue nearby, so when I arrived on Friday I could hear loud music, but it was over before 11:00 pm. The rest of the weekend was very quiet. I loved seeing deer on my porch. One thing I didn't like was pretty dark bathroom, so it was difficult to do make up. Also, lack of any counter space or shelves in the bathroom. As a woman on a long trip I'd like to have at least a small space where I can place my cosmetic bag. ”
