“The the room was clean. The AC smelled like mold upon turning on...bThe staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast did the trick for a quick bite before the Cinci Open.”

“Called the hotel multiple times to inform them that my family and I would arrive late around 2 am. No one answered the phone. Upon arrival to the hotel, discovered that the doors were locked and we had to call the front desk to have them open them. Called again and still no answer. After a few minutes, another guest who was entering the hotel unlocked the door to let us in. No staff member was present at the desk. My father walked around and entered a staff only room to discover that the staff……
