“It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it that’s cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. I would rent this again. ”

“This cottage was perfect for our family. The lake was peaceful, got to see the swans every 2 days swim by. The cottage was well stocked with items for everyday use. The property was well maintained. ”

“This little cottage has a perfect location on Wollaston Beach right behind Tony’s Clam Shop. Walking distance to the water as well as a playground for kiddos. Back yard is fairly nice but not fenced and had some glass and nails about, so keep shoes on the little ones! Though hosts were otherwise prepared with a pack and play and high chair, which our family appreciated juggling multiple babies for the family reunion. Kitchen was great to cook in and the back porch was lovely for morning coffee...

“Our stay was pleasant. The house is well appointed with most of what you need as far as paper goods, toiletries, and kitchen staples. Location on the river is peaceful and the train heard off on the distance is nice to hear. Furniture was comfortable and the host was very easy to reach and talk to. They are extremely nice and their home was a fun place to stay!”

“This is a beautiful location with a very peaceful scene off the back porch and dock. I found the property to be well appointed and in good working order. We enjoyed the stay very much. Don’t sleep with the windows open if you don’t like the sounds of marsh field nature and a nearby commuter rail line which runs frequently. (Both of these were enjoyed and helped me sleep) We were able to take the commuter rail into Boston for a day of shopping without the stress of driving and parking in the...
