“BEWARE!!! I booked this place mainly because it advertised FREE PARKING, but there was NO guaranteed parking available! The surrounding streets had TOWING warnings, so we ended up PAYING for parking elsewhere. POOR COMMUNICATION! The host took around 5 HOURS to respond to our parking concerns, then told us that reading messages was “not a priority.” The alternative parking location was a 20-minute walk away, which felt unsafe at night. We received an overwhelming list of 25+ house rules and……

“Nice place to live (self catering type) but a slop hill of about 25m to walk through if on foot. With 7 day pass, it is easy to travel to Boston city about 40mins. Nearby, get restaurants and 7-11. It is a good place (cost effective) to stay for my Boston marathon and walk around Boston. ”

“The property is unique and the setting is beautiful. We could tell it was once a magnificent mansion. The view is stunning of the bay. Because of the age it is in need of updates. The paint is peeling and the furnishing are old. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The method of communication is interesting. When we arrived we pulled into the driveway and I entered in through a sliding glass door. It was open and there was a welcome sign. There was also an indoor pool that is not accessible……
