“Some of the staff were helpful, but the ones that aren’t, always leave a bad taste. Having staff that are short with travellers and argumentative can ruin a stay quite quickly, and coming from Canada and being treated poorly when asking for basic things the room is supposed to have, it ruined our stay.”
