“Location, location, location!! AND the condo was perfectly appointed .. we didn’t need anything. I made meals, hosted a cocktail party with friends … Dave and Sara have thought of everything you would need for a vacation at the beach. We could have housed all my 5 beach loving sisters. Maybe next year?Just bring your clothes!”

“I’m typically not one to write reviews, however, I felt compelled after staying at “The Fitz”. Highly recommend! The owner and property manager were extremely communicative & accommodating throughout our stay. Check-in was easy & seamless. Upon entering, it was apparent the VRBO pics do not do this property justice. We were greeted with a welcome basket full of snacks and drinks, along with a hand written note from the owner. They had toys and games to occupy my 4 year old. The pool was……

“We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever we wanted. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home! A huge shout-out to Jon, who was incredibly helpful during check-in. He made the process smooth and was available to answer any questions we had. His hospitality really made a difference! ……

“The condo was the perfect fit for me… I had a view of the Gulf as well as the waterway. I got to see dolphins and all different types of birds while sitting and enjoying the pool. The beach was a quick walk through the complex. The condo was well maintained, clean, & well equipped. The host was great…. Any questions I had were answered quickly! Looking forward to being in the building next year.”

The condo was updated and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was large and fully equipped.The Beachwalk complex is peaceful and it was wonderful to walk the grounds and admire the landscaping which is quite gorgeous. We love it and plan to come back !”
