“Wonderful 3 bedroom home with 1.5 bathrooms. The owner was awesome to communicate with, very prompt and friendly. Everything inside was very clean, and the cute little backyard is beautiful. My only qualm was that the backyard patio had lots of moss growing under the patio table and the backyard could've used a mow. Will definitely consider staying here again next time im in the area!”

“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……

“Great location, safe area and safe building! The room was hot (ac didn’t work very well) and you can hear a lot from surrounding rooms. But overall, it is a good hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep while exploring Montreal!”

“Terrible experience. Locked out of room four times. Code had to be changed four times. Each time had to get a new code. Climbing three flights of stairs to find I am locked out of room. No one on site to help. Have to call someone for help. Help is short lived. New code does not last long. And I am locked out again. Only stayed here 2 nights. It was 2 nights of hell. I was exhausted at the end of this. No one made any offer to make this right. The basics of paying for a room that I did not get.……

We were well positioned for all of our sightseeing and enjoyed the local bars and restaurants. The place was clean and well appointed - the management was wonderful and responsive. My only note is Apt. 10 is located up two sets of steep stairs and may be hard for some to access.”
