Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. On the second night, water leakage occurred near the window, creating puddles that soaked into our luggage and clothes. We asked the housekeeper to mop the floor, but the damage was already done. On the morning of our checkout (the 5th day), the puddles appeared again. We reported this to the hotel reception, but no remediation or compensation was offered. In addition, the reading light in our room did not work. When I called the operator, instead of arranging for repair the next day, I was told to report it the next morning. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room conditions and service did not meet expectations. Water leakage damaging personal belongings and the lack of proper maintenance or customer care are serious concerns. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and improves both their facilities and their service standards."
