"We told the front desk that we need room cleaning. No one came for cleaning. We also told the front desk before we left in the morning that we had no cleaned towels, shampoo and soap. We had no clean towels when we came back late evening."

"It was perfect in every way"

"I knew going in that these were not luxury accommodations, but it was better than I expected. The room was clean, a bit dark and a bit dated, but not bad. We are a little limited with mobility, but could easily walk to the rim of the canyon and around the village. We got a first floor room, so it was easy - there are no elevators. The lodge has multiple small buildings, and we had a five minute walk (or less) to the main building which houses the restaurant, gift shop and check in desk. The restaurant was not good. But the canyon is a marvel, and it was great to be able to stay inside the park and access it so easily. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location was convenient to the Grand Canyon. The rooms were clean and comfortable."

"Everything was very good. The only complaint for me was the fat pillows. They make it uncomfortable for my neck the next day."

"Door on back of room to view forest was terrible. When we arrived tried to open not working,called front desk had it looked at not much better at all lack of matinence. Carpet in room is in need of a good cleaning, big stain bye the bed. I’m not a complainer but simply unexcepable. Love the property but need to up the up keep on things. Staff is the best no complaints!"
