“A little bit old air conditioner.”

“I stayed for a Tuesday through Sunday and requested housekeeping every day and they showed up at the end of the third day after my husband called and got loud with the desk. The room was grimy. I ran out of body wash the second day and ended up just having to use shampoo because housekeeping would not show up. The floor was so dirty that I cleaned it with a hotel towel and a sink of handsoap and water because it was just disgusting. The towel was brown after I was done and I just had a small……

“They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly.”

“The room was not clean. Carpets need to be cleaned. The phone was disconnected and the carbon monoxide alarm was taking down from the ceiling. The biggest thing was the air conditioning did not work. He was very warm in the room. The staff told us that night that they were full and could not move us to a new room. I slept fully dressed as I did not feel comfortable. I didnt want any of my belongings on the floor or furniture as it was dirty as well. The manager the following morning informed us……
