"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. "Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower.
