The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
Very clean room, attentive staff/ shops nearby/excellent location in the heart of The Old Quarters. We came back here 3 times. They took VERY good care of us. 10/10

Oakwood Residence Hanoi
We stayed here for five nights mainly for sight seeing. The property was nice. The staff was friendly. We chose West Lake for quietness. We were disappointed that there was no prior communication about the big construction in front of the hotel - apparently it will go on for a year or more. It was ...

MoonLight Tay Ho
The hotel is run down and is an apt not hotel. Smell inside my room was like old mold. Noisy neighbors as walls are extremely thin. Leaking faucet in bathroom water on floors. Experience was not good. I do not recommend.
