“The location for this room was absolutely fantastic, we went to the Motorpoint one night n the Concert Hall another n it was perfect for both venue's. Theres a reason why there are limited pictures of the room on your website. There's a lot of stuff in there that made it way more crampt than it needed to be. The bathroom wasnt great, the shower was a nightmare, my husband showers at least twice a day, but he risked it just once. You could barely move in there, i went in after him n was……

“I stopped here on a sweltering summers day. To my delight I found the hosts had installed a portable air conditioning unit in the flat. The flat whilst not large was perfect for a short stay. It was spotless, with fresh bedding and towels. The check in process was well communicated by the hosts. I will stay here again when next in Nottingham.”

“After a hiccup during the check in process for which the host was extremely helpful, the rest of the stay was amazing. The apartment is as listed, in the center of town, easy access from everything. The rooms are small but very well appointed and comfortable. It was overall a wonderful experience.”

“The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. Only one set of towels despite the booking being for 2 people. The location is heart of city centre which was perfect except for noise until 3am……

“First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. Once I located the keys (2) I brought my car around to park on this wasteland and was met by a couple of males getting their 'ladies' ready for work. The doors in this……
