“A lovely little B&B. Perry was wonderful. Very friendly and cooked us a gorgeous breakfast before we left.
Clean and tidy and not far from Southwell racecourse (about 7 miles).
Would recommend.”

“Room clean on arrival. No room cleans as stated but no comp breakfast bag which is detailed in the booklet in the room.
Overall good but a lot of money for room only & no services provided but not a lot of choice in the area & v close to friends so paid for the convenient location”
