Friendly staff, great breakfast. Didn’t eat in restaurant so no comment. Bed comfortable, but room lacked clothes storage for a long stay. Ended up with 3 rooms instead of the two booked (no extra cost) because of a broken lock, but that made our stay better. Staff were really helpful. No instructions in the room so couldn’t work the internet or the television but was only there for two nights and visiting family so didn’t spend much time there to worry - no doubt the staff could have explained. Some issues with maintenance, but again all part of staying in a reasonable, well priced, and old pub/hotel. Travel and access easy and plenty of parking.
